JOB SUMMARY:
The Estimator for Park Manufacturing will be motivated and results-driven. Works directly under the Estimating Manager to research pricing and receive quotes for customer requirements. Coordinates between all departments, assuring that customer requirements are met in conjunction with print specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Sufficient Estimating or equivalent assembly experience. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three years’ related experience as an assembler and/or training as an Estimator; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferable in the field of electrical harness assembly, cable assembly and/or electrical/mechanical assembly.

Skill Set:
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and written quality standards in the English language. Must be able read and understand basic blueprint layouts. Ability to effectively communicate information in a one-on-one a small or large group setting. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical information. Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers.
Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure (US and Metric), using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Must be able to accurately use various multiple simple measuring devices.
Training Requirements - Training requirements can be either developing oneself in an academic setting, on the job training or demonstration of mastery.
