Our company goals and objectives are reviewed monthly with our entire production staff and tied into our profit sharing upon successful obtainment. We always align our goals with our customers and employees in mind. On-Time Delivery and PPM, as well as our Internal First Pass Yield, are reviewed daily as a direct and immediate feedback to all levels of our organization.
